Spinach Smoothie

FOUR ½-CUP SERVINGS
3 cups packed baby spinach
2 cups frozen peaches
1 cup frozen mangoes
½ cup skim milk
1 cup orange juice
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 block silken tofu
Take spinach, peaches, mangoes, skim milk, orange juice, and
vanilla yogurt, and place in blender. Blend on high for about
20−30 seconds.
Add the tofu, and blend again until smooth.
