INGREDIENTS:
1 scoop chocolate low carb. protein powder
½ cup light cream
1 tsp. cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. psyllium husk
5 drops liquid stevia extract (adjust to taste)
1¼ cups water

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large jug mix the protein powder, cocoa, husk and water and
whisk together well.
2. Add the oil and sweetener and whisk again.
3. Add the cream and stir in gently.
4. Drink within half an hour of making the shake.
