2 1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
1/2 cup Stevia sweetener
1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
1. Preheat oven to 320 F. Line square baking tray with baking paper.
2. Place all ingredients in a bowl. Knead the mixture by your hands.
3. After the ingredients are mixed, roll into heaped teaspoon sized balls and place into a baking tray.
4. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes or until the tops of the cookies are browning. Let cool on a wire rack.
