keto Choco Mint Hazelnut Sticks

Ingredients
4 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup shredded coconut
1 cup hazelnuts
1 tsp peppermint extract
6 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
4 Tbsp almond butter
3/4 cup Stevia sweetener (or some other natural sweetener of your choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Preparation
1. In a large bowl stir together the coconut oil, cacao powder, almond butter,
sweetener, vanilla, peppermint extract and salt. Chop the hazelnuts in a food
processor.
2. Heat the mixture slowly on low heat over simmering water (double boiler) for
5 to 10 minutes until all ingredients are combined well.
3. Add hazelnuts and shredded coconut to the melted chocolate mixture and stir
together.
4. Pour in a dish lined with parchment and freeze until chocolate is set then cut
into sticks.
