2 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour, divided
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream (8-ounces)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup quartered strawberries, plus 1/2 cup halved strawberries for top
2 teaspoons coarse sugar for garnish
